The PineRidge Community is located at the western edge of the City of Castle Pines adjacent to more than 10,000 acres of native urban interface.  Many homes overlook 22 acres of forested open space with nature and wildlife outside the door. PineRidge HOA is one of three HOAs that govern the community.

A quick look at a few PineRidge HOA regulations:

  • Parking – Overnight parking is not permitted on PineRidge Streets. Parking is monitored and fines will be assessed per the Parking Policy.  However, if there is a situation where street parking is necessary, please submit a request for a permit….Click here
  • Dogs – Dogs are not permitted to be off leash in PineRidge. It is the dog owner’s responsibility to pick up their dog’s excrements and dispose of properly.
  • Mail Keys – Keys are the responsibility of the owner. Lost keys can be replaced by coordinating with the mail carrier or Page Specialty Company 303-770-2842.
  • Open Space – No alterations to plants, trees or natural aspects without prior written approval from the Board of Directors.

PineRidge HOA is responsible for the following services

  • Private Streets – Maintenance of asphalt and snow plowing of streets
  • Mail Box Kiosk – Maintenance of building and mailboxes
  • Entry Monument Signs – Maintenance of structures and lighting
  • 22 Acre Open Space – Stewardship

All 20 owners of patio homes are also members of Lifestyles HOA which is presided over by their volunteer Board of Directors and management company.   Click  https://hgmanage.com

Some of their services include:

  • Snow removal from driveways and sidewalks
  • Trash removal weekly and recycle every other week
  • Landscape maintenance of lawns, shrubs and trees including irrigation
  • ARC approvals for exterior alterations.

Living in a covenant controlled community requires communication, transparency and collaboration.

A quick look at a few PineRidge HOA regulations:

There are no coupon books for PineRidge HOA dues payments.  This notice is your reminder that quarterly dues should be paid by the due date with a 15 day grace period to avoid a $25 late fee.  According to the HOA collection policy, payments must be received, not postmarked by 15th. If you want to set up ACH payment you must contact The board treasurer, Ellen Hanson two weeks prior to the due date at pineridgecp@gmail.com

Common Areas and Open Space
Common Areas are managed by the Villa-Carriage HOA. Open space is managed by the PineRidge HOA.

Management of HOA
The HOA is Self Managed by their Board of Directors.

Private Roads
Maintenance and snow removal for the private roads within the community are provided by the PineRidge HOA.

Snow removal from a home’s sidewalks and driveways.  Provided by Villa-Carriage and Lifestyle HOAs.
